Nitrocellulose Automotive Paint
Description
Available in multiple shades, and with good durability. Excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.
Usage:
For use on automobiles and all metal objects, indoor and outdoor.
Avantages:

Application:
Clean the surface with a soft cloth and degreaser. Make sure that the surface has been air dried and not cloth dried.
Mix well with standard Nitro thinner and filter with a paper filter.
Using a:
standard pistol 1.2 – 1.3mm and 2 bars of pressure.
1.5 layers = 15-20 μm
1.3mm HVLP gun
Atomization pressure of 2 bars.
Apply the first layer, and after 10 minutes of drying apply the second layer and then a top coat. This will ensure a permanent shine. This paint has an excellent coverage and weather resistance properties. Available in different standard colours and can be manufactured to match any shade if necessary. Do not add hardener.
Theoretical yield: 8-10 m2 / liter for 15μm thick.
Cleaning tools: After use, clean with Nitro Thinner.
Storage:
Store in a cool place (5 ° C to 25 ° C) Use within 12 months for best results. It is possible to store the product for 24 months if it is not open.
Warning:
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes . Do not inhale or ingest. When applying, wear gloves, mask and protective clothing.
